Thank YOU so much for your wonderful comment, Kamal. The need to get re-inspired is critical for all men and women who want to seize the opportunity to make a difference and be part of a positive difference. Change is the greatest constant we face, and learning to not only develop new and better relationship with change, but with the challenges, even crises we face is critical. Personal leadership, organizational leadership demands not only the optimization of our strengths, but learning new skills, new ways of transforming what is into what can be…that is what 3Q Leadership and Communication are all about, and why they are areas of professional focus and passion for me.

Again, thank you so much for your message. Greatly appreciated!

      Best, Irene

I have been inspired by so many articles on your site to continue to: rise above being a victim, build into others and fight to succeed. I, too, have had the privilege of having my father for a friend and mentor.

    1. Irene Becker

Hi Becky: Thank you so much for your note. Please know how very appreciate it is. The journey from victim to victor is a process, but it is one that can enrich and empower every part of our lives. And, I believe with all my heart that those of us who have faced challenges, are given an opportunity to not only overcome but to share what we have learned with others. Wonderful to hear about your Dad! I can obviously relate. And, there is so much I could write and share about this topic, but this blog is not the appropriate place. If you would like to email me, I would love to hear from you. irene@justcoachit.com

I wish you only great courage and success on your journey! Kudos to you.

      Irene

    Irene,
Loved hearing your story of overcoming perceived obstacles, believing in your purpose and moving forward with intention. Such an important message for all women.

    1. Irene Becker

Linda: Thank you so much for your comments and feedback. Believing in your purpose, moving forward with intention and learning re-learning new ways to use challenge, changes and even crises to LEAD forward is critical. The world needs women to step up to the plate. Our brothers need help. Our ability to contribute, our ability to lead positive change is perhaps one of the greatest hopes for our individual and collective future. Doing so means developing our 3Q Edge, it means learning to R-E-A-C-H (redirect focus, empower confidence, actualize potential, communicate effectively and harvest results).

      Very best! Irene

    Irene

Just watched your interview, it brought tears to my eyes. Not only because it’s an inspiring story, but because it resonate with my current situation at work. We all get to a point sometime when we want to give up, and think maybe they are right about what they think about me or not good at my job. But digging down to what I believe in, my values, what I stand for with integrity, assure me I am on the right path to success. I now know your story and what you stand for.

I believe in my ability to do the right thing and speak out when things are not going right, to be open and help other be better than I’m. That’s what gets me out of bed in the morning.

Things have started to turn round now for me, and people around me know I am not just doing things for my benefit. I now do believe I’m the master of my fate, and the captain of ship.

    1. Irene Becker

Japhet: Thank you so much for your comment, and sharing your experience. It is difficult to become the captain of one’s own ship, but kudos to YOU for staying the course.

Wishing you a very successful week!

      Best, Irene
