TARGETED EXECUTIVE COACHING™ (TEC)

Targeted Executive Coaching™ (TEC), created by John Mattone, is based on a targeted and specifc need that the executive recognizes he/she must improve to excel: negotiation skills, presentation skills, organizational leadership, their “executive presence”, how they handle feedback, how they deliver feedback, or debriefing a 360 assessment, and more that they want to target. After a brief call with the executive, Irene prepares a proposal detailing the number of sessions that will be required to address the particular needs of the issue.

Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching Program Options: 3 to 5 sessions required. For difficult issues, more sessions may be required.
